| RESERVATIONS |
| When you book through the website you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the reservation. |
| Payment of this amount must be made by credit card. The balance remaining must be paid when you check in. |
| In exceptional cases, the total cost of the booking may be paid by bank transfer. In such a case, any possible
costs incurred from the transaction must be defrayed by the customer and MUST NEVER be deducted from the total cost of the booking.

| Please note that your reservation will not be confirmed until Zeus Apartamentos, S.A. has received payment and you have received a confirmation email. |

to check your reservation and to receive confirmation information for your booking.

|
|
|
| SECURITY DEPOSIT |
| When you check in and collect your keys, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of between 150 and 200 Euros in CASH, depending on the
characteristics of the apartment and building. This deposit will be returned to you in full on the day that you check out when we have checked that the apartment
is in the same condition as when you collected the keys, and that no damage has been caused as a result of your stay.

| CHECK-IN |
| On the day of your arrival you will be able to gain access to your apartment after 5 pm. If you are planning to arrive before
this time we will try, where possible, to accommodate you.
|
| To collect the keys you will need to go to the office indicated in the email confirming your booking. |
| You will need to show the confirmation email along with your passport or identification card and those of the rest of the occupants of the apartment. |
| At this point you will be asked to pay the remainder of your booking as well as the security deposit. Payment of the outstanding balance of
the booking can be made by credit card, whereas only cash is accepted for the security deposit.

| The staff at our office will then give you the keys and the contract showing the amounts that you have paid.
You must show this document on the day when you check out when you hand back the keys in order to have your security deposit returned (where applicable).

|
|
|
| CHECK-OUT |
| You must check out before midday on the day specified in the booking. If necessary, we can provide a service for looking after your luggage. |
|
|
|
|
| NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS |
| It is strictly forbidden to allow a greater number of occupants to use the apartment than that specified when making the reservation. |
| The customer must inform Zeus Apartamentos, S.A. of the number of persons included in the booking. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to accommodate a greater number
of persons than the capacity of the apartment as established by Zeus Apartamentos, S.A, except in the case of children under two years old.

| If the above requirements are not fulfilled, Zeus Apartamentos, S.A. has the right to demand that the customer vacates the apartment, and the customer
will have no right to compensation of any kind.
|
|
|
|
|
| CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS |
| Changing the date: |
| You will be able to change the date of your booking ON ONE OCCASION without incurring any fee, subject to availability
of an apartment and provided that the change is made at least 20 days in advance.
|
|
| Changing the duration of your stay: |
| If you wish to INCREASE the length of your stay, subject to availability, we will ask you for payment of a proportional
amount for reserving the extra days.
|
| On the other hand, if you wish to DECREASE the length of your stay, you will need to do this at least 20 days in advance of your arrival, and you will be charged
a fee of 25% of the price per day by which you reduce your stay. Changes to bookings cannot be accepted if they are made less than 20 days in advance, and in such cases,
on your arrival you will be expected to pay the full price of the booking.

| Changing your apartment: |
| In the case of unforeseeable circumstances (alterations, necessary maintenance or security works, floods, etc.), Zeus Apartamentos,
S.A. will provide you with another apartment of similar specifications to the one reserved. If the customer does not agree with the change they have the right to cancel the
reservation and are entitled to a full reimbursement. In such a case, Zeus Apartamentos, S.A. will have no further responsibility beyond refunding the booking in full.

|
|
|
| LIABILITY |
| The customers and other occupants must agree to only make appropriate use of the hired apartment. Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the apartment,
except for normal wear and tear caused by the appropriate day to day use of the same.
|
| Zeus Apartamentos, S.A. accepts no responsibility for valuable items left in the apartment by customers. |
| In case of the particular rules not being observed, in addition to the basic rules of considerateness and coexistence, Zeus Apartamentos, S.A. reserves the right to demand
that the apartment be immediately vacated and the contract terminated, and the customer will have no right to compensation of any kind. However, Zeus Apartamentos, S.A. reserves
the right in such cases to take any necessary legal action for damages incurred.
