Cancellation policy:
After making the reservation ONLINE, we must withhold the 40% of the total, in concept of prepayment to formalize the reservation and as a deposit for possible cancellations.
In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
If the cancellation occurs with less than 30 days in advance, the client will be penalized with the 100% of the prepayment.
If the cancellation occurs with more than 30 days in advance, the client will be penalized with the 50% of the prepayment.
In case of NO SHOW, the client will lose 100% of the prepayment.
If a non refundable rate is applied, the client will lose 100% of the prepayment.
Deposit: We take a deposit of 300€ at the client’s arrival to cover up any possible property damage that may occur. It will be refunded the day of the client’s departure, after verifying the appartment. We take the deposit in cash or by card.
Key collection: will take place at ZEUS Apartments office in Paseo Jaime I, 23. Alexis building - 43840, Salou (Tarragona), between 17:00 and 19:00, from Monday to Saturday. Out of this times or on Sunday and Public Holidays, please inform in advance by phone (+34 977380508 / +34 652183478) or e-mail (booking@zeusapartamentos.es). The late arrival may imply a 35€ surcharge and cannot be guaranteed without a written confirmation (via e-mail) some hours before the arrival time.
All guests must show their ID cards and one credit card per reservation, the day of their arrival.
If the reservation has been made under a third’s person name, who isn’t going to lodge in the apartment, it must be informed in advance to ZEUS Apartments, by e-mail.
Check-out: If the check-out is made before 9:30, the deposit for property damage will be returned by card or bank transfer. If it is made between the specified check-out times (9:30-10), the deposit will be refunded in cash or by card. The late check-out (after 10:00) may imply a fine of 50€.
