ZEUS endeavors, through its webpages www.zeusapartamentos.es and www.fincaszeus.com, to orientate its business towards the user. For this, ZEUS makes available through its websites www.zeusapartamentos.es and www.fincaszeus.com information and services related to the tourist and holiday rental of apartments, houses or villas through online reservations, pre-booking service, rates, images of the facilities, customer service, our various promotions in continuous evolution and other various services. As well as information related to the commercialization of homes, garages, floors or storage rooms for sale and rent.

Use of the zeusapartamentos.com Websites and its Services. The user is bound to use the websites www.zeusapartamentos.es and www.fincaszeus.com and those services available through the same, in accordance with the Law, moral obligations, good practices and public order, as well as in accordance with the Terms of Use set down here. As such, the user is bound not to use the webpages www.zeusapartamentos.es and www.fincaszeus.com or its services for illegal purposes and/or for purposes or in ways which contravene the Terms of Use set down here, which abuse the rights and/or the interests of third parties, or which might in some way damage the websites www.zeusapartamentos.es and www.fincaszeus.com or interfere with its normal use, or use of the services available through the same webpage, by other users, ZEUS and/or its image.

ZEUS APARTAMENTOS, (hereafter ZEUS) is committed to complying with current legislation governing the automated processing of information and, in particular the Regulation UE2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of personal data (hereinafter LPD). Through the following privacy policy ZEUS informs its customers of the following points:
· ZEUS, with the aim of providing the services offered through www.zeusapartamentos.es and www.fincaszeus.com, as well as offering personalized products and services, improving its commercial relations and managing the requests made by its customers, will process the personal information of its customers using an automated system and for the purposes which are specified at a later point in this document.

ZEUS services are not intended for minors (persons under the age of eighteen) and ZEUS does not gather or store information relating to minors.
Grounds for Exclusion
ZEUS reserves the right exclude, temporarily or permanently, any user for any of the following reasons:
· For contravention of any of the General Terms of Use set out in this document.
· For contravention of any law, moral obligation, or public order.
By excluding the user ZEUS does not forfeit its right to take relevant legal action or seek appropriate compensation for damages.
Right to Modify the Terms of Use
ZEUS reserves the right to unilaterally modify without prior warning, any of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use set out here, as it deems necessary, and to advise users of any changes made through the websites www.zeusapartamentos.es and www.fincaszeus.com Intellectual Property and Copyright

If any one of the provisions of these terms of use is found to be null and void or unviable, the rest of the terms and conditions will remain as they are set down here. ZEUS is committed to replacing the affected provision to make it adhere as closely as possible to the original intention.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Zeus has adopted the security levels of protection of personal data required by the current data protection legislation, installing the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and other possible risks.
These terms of use are in accordance with and subject to the Regulation UE2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of personal data. ZEUS and its users, in order to resolve any problem which might arise relating to validity, fulfillment or resolving issues, whether total or partial, are referred to, the Tarragona Court, or corresponding body where appropriate. This contract constitutes the full statement of the agreement between ZEUS and the user, and replaces any or all previous agreements, understandings, deals or declarations, whether written or oral, which previously existed between both parties.
